Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns
As our products are consumable food items, we can only accept returns in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
